Discreet weekly reporting on your refit or winter lay-up. Photographs, costs, decisions — delivered every Friday.
Winter 2026/27 · Three commissions accepted
Why we exist
The Aegean's yards do fine work at fair prices. What they rarely offer is word of it. Every spring, the forums tell the same story:
"The yard stopped answering my emails in November. I found out in March the engine work hadn't even started."
— Cruisers Forum, every spring"Quoted one price, invoiced nearly double. 'Imported parts,' they said. I had no way to check."
— Untracked import mark-ups run to 80% over EU prices"My Turkish is zero, the foreman's English is three words. Every question takes a week and a middleman."
— The language gap, measured in sleepless nightsThe service
Your yacht, walked and photographed every week. Twenty images, video, notes from the yard floor.
Progress, spend, and what comes next — composed in clear English or German.
Additional work is presented with evidence and a price. Nothing proceeds without your word.
The Friday report

Winter 2026/27
A deliberately short client list, so every vessel has our complete attention. Launch clients retain this rate for all future seasons.
No payment today — an introduction first. Most refits run €10,000–100,000. Knowing where every euro goes: from €2,900.
Before you ask
No — we are not marine surveyors and we don't sign off on workmanship. We document, track costs and translate. For technical sign-off we're happy to coordinate with an independent IIMS surveyor of your choice; several operate in the Marmaris area.
Marmaris Yacht Marine, Netsel and the surrounding yards and dry storage areas. Elsewhere on the Marmaris–Göcek coast? Ask — in our launch season we're flexible.
Yes — you authorise us as your representative in writing (we provide the template). Yards deal with owner representatives routinely, and most welcome it: fewer worried phone calls for them too.
We can start any week. The first visit produces a baseline report: current state, work completed so far, spend versus quote as best we can reconstruct it.
We share what we observe across yards — plain facts, no commissions. A structured yard comparison service is in development, alongside a client portal and mobile app.
